My name is Nikki Brown, I’m an occupational therapist, an inspiring runner, and most importantly, a loving momma to the sweetest little girl. Once Caroline was born, I am always searching for ways to nurture her development through my skills as an OT. Members of my moms groups were constantly asking for ways to enrich their little ones and help them grow. And voila! Eat. Play. Learn. Grow. was born! I want to share my knowledge not only as a therapist, but on a mom to mom level. These tips and fun activities are meant to be easy to implement in your daily life, and enjoyable for both you and your little one. Enjoy!
